I am really enjoying the Yoga sessions. I have joined yoga classes earlier as well but this is the first time I understood the real meaning of yoga. Earlier yoga meant only stretching exercises to me. Now I am able to understand the real meaning of it, which is not just exercising but bringing the balance between body and mind; unification in real sense.

    योगा सत्र में मैंने और मेरी पत्नी ने प्रसन्नता पूर्वक भाग लिया।
    आज कुछ नए आसान थे , जिसमें मैंने अच्छा महसूस किया, आज सूर्य नमस्कार नहीं था तो उसकी कमी महसूस की। मैं कई वर्षों से सूर्य नमस्कार सीखने का सोच रहा था, जो केवल सोच भर ही था, उसे कर नहीं पा रहा था उचित मार्गदर्शन के अभाव में, जब से यह सत्र शुरू हुआ है, मैं इसे कर रहा हूं और सर्वाधिक आनंद इसी में अनुभव करता हूं।
    मेरी पत्नी इस सत्र में आज पहली बार शामिल हुई, उसे भी आनंद आया। वह पहले चेन्नई आश्रम में विभिन्न योगा कर चुकी है इसीलिए उसे थोड़ा अनुभव था।
    उसका 1 सवाल था जो वह हिचकिचाहट में नहीं पूछ पाई, वह ज्यादा देर तक सांस नहीं रोक पाती, तो कुछ आसन में अधिक देर तक सांस रोकनी होती है, तब वह क्या करे?
    योगा सत्र की समस्त टीम को मेरी और से बहुत बहुत बधाई, धन्यवाद एवं आभार।

    It improves strength, balance and flexibility.
    It Can help to decrease our mental Stress.
    Initially, I had to face some physical problems with yoga, but now I feel very good

  17. The sessions taken by trainers help me to remain relaxed and my digestive system has become better. One trainer does commentary and the other person displays the asanas. Very refreshing sessions. Thanks a lot everyone engaged.

  21. I have attended couple of sessions and it was soothing and calming experience. Thank you for the instructors for these wonderful sessions and their efforts can be seen working towards the people. Also the explanation of breathing was done amazingly. I am also a certified instructor and taking few sessions for kids and adults. If given chance would love to volunteer for these or any other Yoga sessions 🙏. As I am being occupied with two yoga sessions continously till 8.15am everyday I am just observing the Dilse yoga sessions with the video off and seeking your permission for the same. Thank you once again for conducting these sessions.

  22. This is very systemic at very comfortable speed, with continuous instructions regarding breathing patterns, movements and where to look in final posture etc. A complete clarity is provided by the instructor in very easy to understand language.
    I am feeling very light and physically and mentally better and happier.
    I wish to continue it regularly.

  25. Today yoga 8.30-9.20(got logged out 10minutes early though)was especially beneficil to me, they were simple stretching exercise which really helped me as I was having shoulder,neck and back pain.Now feeling relaxed and centred thank you team kudos to your selfless efforts.🙏🙏

    very relaxing, felt connected.
    could feel the effect on the mind and abdomen as energy flowed through the body
    Very good exercises for stomach, back, knees etc…easily and comfortably could do the exercises

  29. Today yoga was especially beneficial to me ,theywere simple streches for back and shoulders and as I was suffering from neck and shoulder pain I felt lot of pain easing and relaxed feeling.

    Dear Yoga teachers, Yoga n breathing exercises, relaxing techniques all going very smoothly.. Today I could not use Bluetooth or mic so sister’s voice was not audible to me.. Standing yogas I could see and do, but while lay down posture exercises I need instructions to be heard, so if possible I request all teachers n trainers to be little more louder or two of you can coordinate and one can just give instructions and another can do Yoga.. Pls consider suggestions positively. I will continue doing Yoga until my office begins in June. Thank you so much for relaxing all of us and training us. Thank you brother.

    Hi everyone.. Today’s Monday 31st May session was very soothing, much effective on whole system of me.. Enjoyed to the full with soul. The poised instructions with good relaxing gaps in between was superb. Totally absorbed at the end of the session as if in deep meditation with Daaji at Kanha.. Thank you so much for efforts of entire Yoga team of Heartfulness. I wish to attend all classes.. But as I will be back to office soon, this timing not suiting me. I may have to leave live sessions of Yoga with heavy heart but I will never leave Yogasanas and those special breathing exercises are superb for my life time.. If any timing in between morning 4am to 5am I will happily join. Namaste all. Thank you
