    I personally feel we should always be compassionate with employees. There are few benefits of this. Firstly we win the employee emotionally. When human being is emotionally satisfied he will give his best. Secondly if we shout on subordinates this badly affects our health n we are not able get the desired results from the subordinates because he or she feels insulted. Communication is required that subordinate has committed mistake so that it is not repeated but not in front of any other person. At the same time appreciate your subordinate for the good work done in front of others to motivate him or her to give their best.

  2. Good blog to read and inculcate in life.. This blog not only helpful at working place but also helpful for a home maker too.. Whenever there are disagreements at work place or at home we lose compassion and become irritated and act or talk unknowingly in a very unpleasant way which is against our Sahajmarg maxims.. So this blog definitely will help me to better manage such situations of irritation at both work place and at home so that being a single abhyasi in entire family atleast I will be able to follow Maxims and help me in practice. Thank you for sharing this useful blog.

  3. It’s so insightful and I can just relate everything how it goes at workplace. Also I’m the victim of such situations. I feel compassionate heart is one of the best leadership quality one could ever have Being compassionate hits at a deeper level and touches the heart of employee(at work place). Also other relationships with people will be improved gradually by being compassionate. The more we put ourselves into other shoes, we gain other’s perspective in a right way and take action accordingly. Especially in this stressful pandemic situations, it really helps a lot by imbibing such qualities. Meditation helps us being aware of ourselves and by self control of our emotions like anger, frustration etc; we can pause and reflect, thus we would not harm or hurt others. Behavioral patterns mentioned to be followed at workplace in this blog helps a lot and I’ll adjust myself accordingly and try to be more compassionate towards all beings.

    Being compassionate is being human. As rightly mentioned, that increases many emotional and mental well being. Your are support to n coping in any of these issues is helping us a lot. Corporate compassion not only help us in avoiding emotional, professional challenge but also works as a catalyst to make us a better human being with more empathy.
